Recommended use
- Bloating, heartburn, heavy digestion: add 1 teaspoon of hydrosol to 1 glass of water and sip slowly.
- Nausea, vomiting: dilute 1:1 with water and sip.
- . Mouthwash: dilute 1:1 with water and rinse. Optionally combine with thyme or common sage hydrosol.
- Insect bites, itching, burns, sunburn, acne-prone skin: spray directly onto the affected skin.
- As a compress, helps relax stiff muscles and relieves pain from sprains and strains.
- In gastronomy: for flavoring drinks (lemonades), desserts, and sauces.
